Arm
& Hammer Baking Soda. To deodorize kitchen garbage, sprinkle a
handful of Arm & Hammer Baking Soda in the garbage pail each time you add
garbage.
Bounce. To eliminate odors in wastebaskets or kitchen garbage pails,
place a sheet of Bounce at the bottom of the waste basket or pail.
Bounty Paper Towels. To absorb moisture from the bottom of a kitchen
garbage pail, place a sheet of Bounty Paper Towel on the bottom of the trash
pail.
Clorox Bleach. To deodorize a garbage can, wash the inside of the can
with a solution made from three-quarter cup Clorox Bleach to one gallon
water. Let stand for five minutes, then rinse clean.
Tidy Cats. To absorb grease and moisture from the bottom of a garbage
can, cover the bottom of the can with a one-inch layer of unused Tidy Cats.
Be sure to keep the lid of the can sealed to prevent neighborhood cats from
using the cat box filler.

Mule Team Borax. To kill mold and bacteria that thrive in garbage
cans, sprinkle one-half cup 20 Mule Team Borax onto the bottom of the can. |
