Arm & Hammer Baking Soda.
To clean and deodorize a cut ting board, sprinkle Arm & Hammer
Baking Soda on a damp sponge, rub the cutting board, and rinse
Clorox Bleach. To
disinfect a cutting board, wash the cutting board with hot sudsy
water and rinse clean. Then apply a solution of three tablespoons
Clorox Bleach per gallon of water, wait two minutes, and then rinse
Shortening. To preserve a wooden cut ting board, rub a few
dabs of Crisco All-Vegetable Shortening into the cutting board, let
sit overnight, then wipe off the excess shortening with a paper
Pam Cooking Spray and
Bounty Paper Towels. To preserve a wooden cutting board,
spray the cutting board with Pam Cooking Spray, use a sheet of
Bounty Paper Towel to rub the oil into the wood, then wipe clean.
deodorize a cutting board, wash the cutting board with ReaLemon
lemon juice to eliminate the smell of garlic, onions, or fish.
Wesson Corn Oil and Bounty
Paper Towels. To preserve a wooden cutting board, put a few
drops of Wesson Corn Oil on a sheet of Bounty Paper Towel, rub it
into the wood, and then wipe clean.
